This is a vintage Bessemer saucepan finished in their signature retro lime green/chartreuse colourway.
Key Characteristics
Brand/Origin: Designed and manufactured by Bessemer Australia (originally in collaboration with Nylex Corporation) during the late 1960s to 1970s.
Material: Heavy-duty cast aluminium base covered with a vibrant enamel exterior coating and an internal non-stick layer. That internal layer is not in the best condition.
Design Features: Features a high-domed lid with a classic black heat-resistant Bakelite knob and a matching segmented geometric Bakelite handle. It has a vented lid.
The interior has marks. The lid has some minor warping on the rim. (Photo to come). The sides have some fading, colour loss and marks. Please study all the photos.
It has a base diameter of 17.1cm, a top diameter of 21.5cm and a height of 8.9cm.
