Braemore Kidney-Shaped Bowl 

 

vintage Braemore Pottery dish, likely from the 1950s or 1960s, featuring a white glazed finish and a kidney bean or boomerang shape. 

 

Manufacturer: Braemore Pottery, a commercial pottery company established in Waitara, NSW, Australia, in 1939. 

 

Design: Typically featuring organic shapes popular in mid-century design. 

 

Use: Often used as a decorative bowl for fruit, snacks, or jewellery on a dressing table. 

 

Braemore Carstens pieces are marked with an embossed branding and the model number, as in the image. 

 

It measures 26.8cm x 10cm, with a height of 3.8cm.

 

It has minor markings as shown in the photos. It does not have any chips or cracks.
