This picture frame feels like it is padded fabric mounted on a cardboard backing.

It measures 26cm x 21.5cm. The picture portion measures 26.2cm x 11.8cm. It does not have a glass face.

The fabric has some minor fading but it is neat and tidy. The lace edging has some discolouration.
