This vintage Dunlop tennis racket bracket cover or protector or press was placed around the racket, when not in use, to protect it and keep it straight.
It is made of wood and has metal tension parts.
It levers open and closed so that the racket can be inserted and removed.
It measures 23cm x 20cm with a depth of 3.9cm when the tension is released.
It would also make a unique picture frame!
It is in good vintage condition. There is some pen markings on the wood and markings on the metal but it adds to the vintage character of the item.
