Wraggs Sheffield Grapefruit Knife Fork
A device for preparing grapefruit, oranges, etc. It has a blade in the form of two prongs, with barbs on the inner edges. The outer edges are thin for the purpose of cutting. The blade is of a curved form, as seen in edge-view.
No loss of juice. Separates the fruit from the rind and extracts the seeds instantaneously. (assuming you are skilled in its use or keen to self teach.)
It measures 16.2cm in total length. The handle is 1.6cm x 1.1cm in width, with a length of 8.7cm. The blades are 6.7cm in length, 1.7cm in total width.
It has Wraggs Harwood St Sheffield on it. There are some minor markings and scratches.
A rare find indeed!
