The Salter Weighmix (Model No. 0040) is a classic, highly popular mechanical kitchen scale renowned for its unique, space-saving nested design. It features an integrated twin-dial display and a custom-fitted mixing bowl that clips directly into the scale base for unified storage.
Key Specifications & Features
Weigh-and-Mix Bowl: Comes with a large, dedicated mixing bowl featuring an integrated pouring spout and a non-slip rubber base ring. When not in use, the scale flips upside down to store compactly right inside the bowl.
Dual-Dial Readout: Displays measurements in both metric (grams/kilograms) and imperial (ounces/pounds) simultaneously, removing the need for conversion math.
Add & Weigh Facility: Features a mechanical rotating thumbwheel dial that allows you to reset the pointer back to zero. This makes it simple to layer and measure multiple ingredients into the exact same bowl sequentially.
