It is in good vintage condition.  It has the usual amount of wear and tear for a vintage pattern book. It looks as if it has some minor water damage. All the patterns are still intact and readable. 
 
All pattern books are in the usual vintage condition, with a range of wear and tear including some markings, some pen marks, small holes, small tears and/or repair with tape. All the pages are present and accounted for. All the patterns are readable in their entirety.
