Vintage door handles for renovations.
Bakelite confirmed with hot water test and the clunk test.
The knobs measure 5.8cm (2.3") x 3.7cm (1.5"), and project out 4.5cm (1.8").
The handles are in good vintage condition. One knob has a chip at the base (as shown in the photo) and there are paint remnants present. A quick check of the internet confirms there are many products available to strip paint from bakelite safely.
The metal bar and screw have some rusting and would probably require some cleaning up.
Note - one screw is missing.
