I think this is a picture of a volunteer fire brigade from an unknown location and time. They have axes and musical equipment. Please study the picture and message me if you have any knowledge to add. It has writing on the rear, the first word is Duras. The second word is possibly slaný. Slaný is a town in the Czech Republic.
The frame is wooden.
The picture is well-preserved.
