Preloved Vintage engraved brass surahi or ewer featuring etched leaf patterns along its bulbous body.

An ewer is a vase-shaped jug or pitcher with a handle and a spout, designed for holding and pouring liquids.

I think it is brass. Note - brass and copperware are very similar and can only be differentiated through scientific testing.

It has a base diameter of 3.5cm. The spout-to-handle distance is 11.5cm. It has a height of 16.2cm. It has a maximum diameter of 4.5cm approx.
