The kit allows users to make homemade yoghurt, buttermilk, sour cream, creme fraiche, and cottage cheese.
It includes a food maker and originally came with a thermometer for testing milk temperature. The thermometer is not included in this sale.
Spare parts for this unit are no longer manufactured or available through Decor.
It has the usual markings of preloved kitchenware. The recipe book has considerable signs of use.
