Vintage Royal Academy Enamelware Mug With Edward Lear Nonsense Verse And Illustrations
This is a vintage enamel mug made for the Royal Academy of Arts, which features a rhyme and illustrations from Edward Lear's 1871 book of "Nonsense Songs, Stories, Botany And Alphabets".
Edward Lear was an English artist, illustrator, musician, author and poet. He was born in 1812 and died in 1888.
This mug features the illustrated rhyme "There was an old person from Dover...".T
The mug is in good vintage condition. It has some discolouration on the interior. The pattern is well-preserved. Please study the photos.

It measures 8.1cm in height approximately. It has a diameter of 8.8cm.
There is some minor chipping of the enamel.
