Instant Fun IF! Motion Activated Talking Tissue Box Cover, released in 2007. 
 
 
 A molded plastic tissue box cover.
 
It was manufactured as a battery-operated gag gift. The speaker holes are located on the top panel, and the unit features a hidden internal sensor. Whenever a tissue is pulled out, the mechanism triggers a comical, "ugly" sneezing sound. 
 
At this time, I havent been able to open the tissue box to change the batteries and check the condition. It works sometimes and makes a long protracted noise other times. Whether that is battery-related or something that needs some minor tinkering, I am yet to establish.
 
It measures 16.2cm in height, has base measurements of 15cm x 15cm, and top measurements of 12.5cm x 12.5cm.
 
It has some markings.
