It was made in 2007. That year is from an internet search. It is not printed on the MLP.

It stands 6.9cm tall, with a length of 4cm and a width of 2.8cm. The plastic clip has a diameter of 4.4cm.

The tail needs careful grooming to avoid "hair" loss. It has some markings and scuff marks.
