Heavy duty Velos Double Hole Punch Perforator
It has #. 4576 stamped on it.
This metal hole punch has two settings to punch holes into paper. The hole punch works well.
The base measures 13.2cm (5.2") x 12.1cm (4.8") and has a total height of 9.4cm (3.7").
It has a section that traps the punched paper and this can be opened via a "door" on the base.
It is made in England.
It is in good vintage condition. It has some paint peeling off (see photos). The metal is in good vintage condition. There is some surface rust on the base. It is structurally sound.
It weighs 982 grams unpacked.
