This is a Tupperware Microwave Rice Maker, also known as a Rice Genie. 
 
It features a unique double cover system designed to collect and drain foam produced during cooking back into the base, preventing spills and keeping the microwave clean. 
The product is microwave-safe, heat-resistant, and allows for mess-free, unsupervised cooking of various grains like rice, bulgur, quinoa, couscous, or polenta. 
Users can cook and serve in the same container, and leftovers can be stored and reheated in it as well. 
The full water absorption method means rice won't stick to the bottom, and there is no need to drain after cooking. 
 
It measures 14.7cm in base diameter, 16cm in height and 19.8cm in top diameter.
