This is a vintage 1970s Vogue Pattern 7681 for a misses' jumpsuit and skirt, featured in the Vogue Pattern Book around 1969.
 
The pattern includes a fitted jumpsuit with straight legs, a raglan collar, and a matching A-line mini-skirt with front button closure.
 
This pattern appears to have all the numbered pieces. 
 
It is in good vintage condition. It has the usual amount of wear and tear for a vintage pattern.
