Vintage Donson Industries metal taps with spout - Metal Tapware - Vintage Taps
A lovely set of vintage taps and spout with a great classic look.
The smaller writing curved along the top and bottom borders of the gold-rimmed center buttons says "DONSON INDUSTRIES".

This is the branding for the Australian plumbing manufacturer, Donson, which is widely known for producing heritage and traditional-style tapware.
Classic Donson-branded cross taps are no longer mass-produced.
With a matching Donson heritage-style gooseneck (or swan neck) basin spout to go with the off-white and gold tap handles.
The aerator piece at the tip and the base thread show typical mineral scaling, but the white porcelain/powder-coated finish on the main curve appears mostly intact. There are some scratches and marks.
They are in good condition with only a few light marks here and there but nothing serious, the taps both turn.
The taps measure 4.8cm front to back. The tap handles measure 6.4cm x 6.2cm.
The faucet measures 13.5cm in length and 12cm in maximum span. The width is 2cm. The mounting plate has a diameter of 4.8cm.
Both taps turn freely. The spout needs a new aerator. Sold as is.
They are in good vintage condition. They have chips, markings and traces of paint as shown in the photos.
All plumbing work should be installed by a licensed plumber. They may need replacement parts when being installed. They are not included in the sale.
