First introduced in 1976, this classic American country-style pattern features a distinctive dark brown folk-art tulip graphic over a smooth, toasted tan or buff-coloured background glaze.
It includes an integrated pouring spout and a sturdy D-loop handle, making it a staple piece of mid-century kitchenware.
Based on the clear relief stamp on the base of your bowl, this is an original vintage piece made in the USA.
1. Decoding the Backstamp: The Castle Logo: The circular emblem at the top is the famous Pfaltzgraff family castle mark. The Text: It reads "PFALTZGRAFF®" followed by "COPYRIGHT", and "U.S.A.". This specific arrangement confirms it is an older, highly durable piece manufactured before production shifted overseas.
