This is a vintage Simplicity 9626 sewing pattern from approximately 1990 for women's skirts.
The package includes designs for both half-circle skirts and mock sarong skirts in different lengths.
It is labelled as an "Easy-To-Sew" pattern.
 
It is in good vintage condition. The envelope has some tears.
