Vintage Simplicity 7786 girls' dress sewing pattern from the late 1960s or early 1970s.
Pattern Details: It features an A-line pullover dress or shirt-dress design with a collar and button-front options, illustrated on three young girls in retro styles.
Sizing: The copy shown includes a "Chubbie" size 10½ for a 31½-inch breast measurement.
The pattern envelope has some markings, ink marks and tears. One pattern piece has a partial tear that will need tape repair before use.
All the pattern pieces appear to be present. They are cut. Sold as is.
