This is a vintage Gemco milk glass creamer jug featuring the "Country Festival" pattern, also known as the "Blue Birds" or "Friendship" pattern. 
Brand: Manufactured by Gemco, often associated with Corning Ware sets. 
Material: Made of white milk glass and plastic.
Design: Features a Pennsylvania Dutch Tole Painting theme with blue birds, a heart, flowers, and the word "Cream". 
Era: The pattern was popular in the 1970s. 
Condition: The set is noted for its country style and is a popular collectible item. 
It has a base diameter of 6.2cm, maximum diameter of 7.5cm approx., top measurements of 8.2cm x 9.2cm. The handle is 9.1cm long and 1.8cm.
 
Note - the top plastic part has markings and bubbling. It is silver in colour. The pattern is well-preserved.
