The Panagor film splicer is a vintage, metallic cement splicer manufactured in Japan during the 1970s for editing 8mm, Super 8, and 16mm film. It is a manual tool designed to hold film in place with pins for precise cutting and joining. These durable, compact devices were commonly used for hobbyist movie editing.
