Preloved Vintage Ceramic Dog Ornament
Vintage kitsch mid-century ceramic dog ornament featuring a mother hound laying down with a puppy perched on her back.
The high-gloss white figurine features hand-painted pink accents on the ears, blue eyes, and a decorative, era-specific fabric pink ribbon rose glued near the neck.
These pieces were popular giftware items during the 1960s and 1970s and were frequently manufactured in Japan or Brazil for novelty export.
It is 15.5cm long, 8.5cm wide and 7.5cm in height.
It has no chips or cracks and is in good vintage condition. The colour is well-preserved.
