Preloved Vintage Wooden Cutlery Box, Cutlery Case

This cutlery box is made of wood and is lined by what I think is velvet or something similar.

It measures 46.8cm x 31.6cm, with a height of 9.8cm.

It has markings as shown. The wood has scratches, chips and marks. The fabric has some marks. The latches are missing.
