There is no exchange or refund on craft patterns or kits. On other purchases - Exchange accepted within 7 days. Please contact me prior to returning the product. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.  The photography may have some artefacts, namely reflection (particularly on metallic surfaces) and camera flash. If you have concerns about any marks in the photography please contact me for clarification.
