Preloved A vintage square melamine or plastic souvenir dish featuring retro illustrations of the John Eyre Motel in Caiguna, Western Australia along the Eyre Highway.
The plate includes graphics of a red kangaroo, an emu, a hairy-nosed wombat or similar marsupial, an Aboriginal figure with a spear, and a map layout showing the Transcontinental Railway, Kalgoorlie, and Norseman.
The Scratches: The small, faint, white-and-grey lines cluster near the dark tip of the spear. They cut through the transfer print and expose the white melamine/plastic base material underneath, which is typical wear for vintage souvenir dishes of this era. There is a small chip on the rim.
It is made in Italy by Lami.
It measures 12.7cm x 12.7cm.
It is in good vintage condition.
