It has an actual waist measurement of 42cm when laid flat. 
 
It has a button fly.
 
The trouser cuffs are seamed. 
 
It is made in Italy from Italian fabric.
 
It is in good preloved condition with numerous markings. There is a tear in the belt band area. It is 1.7cm long approx.
