This sewing pattern is for misses' tops with extended shoulders. View A has optional shoulder pads, deep overlapped V-neckline with ribbing neckband. View B and C have a wide round neckline with ribbing band. View A and B have waistband and cuffs. View C has curved hemline with a longer back. 
 
These patterns are designed for firm knit and light to medium weight  woven fabric.
 
I have included a photo of the 7 pattern pieces. They have been cut out. It looks like they are cut to the small size.
