The item shown is a vintage 1985 "Lifesaver Game" produced by The Ungame Co.
 
It is an educational board game designed to teach children aged 4-12 about various safety themes.
 
The game features "True or False" and Q&A cards covering topics like road safety and swimming rules.
 
It was made in the USA and is considered a collectible item.
 
The box is in average condition with some signs of age. 
 
The box measures 45.5cm x 22.8cm and is 3.6cm thick.
 
The instructions are on the base. As you can see in the photography, there are many cards and discs included. There are also plastic "people" pieces for movement on the board. There is no dice. I dont know if all the pieces and cards are included but there is certainly a lot there.
 
The box is faded and has minor wear and tear. The free safety package referenced on the box is not included. It is missing. There is no set of rules included so you might need to google how to play it. 
 
It is a game designed to be played with an adult to provide guidance and advice.
