This plastic lamp is made by Moulded Products (Melbourne) Ltd of Melbourne in Australia.
It is Cat. No. 1433
The shade is adjustable.
The base measures 18cm (7.1") x 9.6cm (3.8"). It has a height of approximately 13.5cm (5.3"). 
It is in good vintage condition. It has discolouration. 
As with all electrical items you should have a suitably qualified electrician test it prior to using it for the first time.
