This is a vintage plastic horse head shoe horn. 
It features a detailed, carved-look horse head handle in a brown/amber colour. 
The shaft includes two faceted, diamond-shaped amber plastic sections. 
The bottom is a smooth, black plastic shoe horn designed to help slip on snug-fitting shoes. 
Similar items have been identified as likely originating from Japan. 
It measures 29.5cm in length, 4.6cm in width and 1.1cm in thickness. The shoe horn section is 15cm in length and 4.2cm in width. The horse is 6.6cm in length and 4.6cm in width. 
It has the usual markings of a preloved vintage item. It does not have any chips or cracks.
