It is in good vintage condition. It has the usual amount of wear and tear for a vintage pattern book. There are two available for separate sale. The second book has binder holes.
All pattern books is in the usual vintage condition, with a range of wear and tear including some markings, some pen marks, small holes, small tears and/or repair with tape. All the pages are present and accounted for. All the patterns are readable in their entirety.
