Jewellery pendant holder stand

This pendant holder has a base with measurements of 32.2cm by 8.9cm. The backboard section measures 32cm by 14.5cm. It has a total height of 18.1cm.

I think it is made of some sort of plaster board or maybe plastic and is covered in what appears to be a felt or velvet like material. The two cylinder columns are metal and the knob is plastic.

It is in good vintage condition with no chips or cracks.

It is quite heavy. It weighs over 900grams unpacked.
