This is a Quikut knife manufactured by the Scott & Fetzer Co., which is a vintage kitchen utensil known for its serrated edge and lifetime guarantee. The Quikut brand was a precursor to the well-known Ginsu knives.

The blade is silver in colour. The photos have reflections.
 
There is some marking of the metal and the plastic. Please study the photos.
