The WIX program calculates the postage for each item and the amount displayed in the cart will not be the amount required for postage costs. I will always refund excess postage charges if I have not already adjusted it.

There is no exchange or refund on craft patterns or kits. On other purchases - Exchange accepted within 7 days. Please contact me prior to returning the product. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Contact me with any questions or concerns prior to placing the order. Individual stock items may differ from this general policy and will state in the information section if that is so.
The photography may have some artefacts, namely reflection (particularly on metallic surfaces) and camera flash. If you have concerns about any marks in the photography please contact me for clarification.
