Preloved Carnival-Style Handmade Kewpie Doll with a decorative green-and-purple layered skirt and a yellow rosette headpiece. 
 
Key Features
Headpiece: A small cluster of yellow ribbon rosette flowers sitting atop glitter-embellished green hair.
Bodice: A hand-painted or glittered green top matching the doll's hair.
Skirt: A ruffled purple mesh layer underneath a light green patterned fabric skirt decorated with small round sequins. 
 
Some of the glitter dress is damaged. See photos. There is remnants of glue from where the stick was attached to the legs. See photo. 
 
These were originally sold at fairs and carnivals with a stick attached to the doll as a handle. 
 
It measures 15cm in height and 24cm in diameter
